The Portland

The Portland Hospital is the only private hospital in the UK dedicated to the care of women and children. As such it has a range of services and expertise in children's healthcare that is unrivalled in UK private healthcare.

The Portland Hospital is accessible by tube from Great Portland Street (Circle, Metropolitan, Hammersmith & City), and Warren Street (Victoria, Northern) stations. If driving, the hospital is just within the congestion charging zone. However, nearby roads are just outside the congestion zone. For example, there is Pay and Display parking (£2.40/hour, subject to demand) at the South end of the Outer Circle of Regent’s Park, with spaces usually available. Portland hospital audiology department (for hearing tests) 0207 390 6573, and it may be necessary to arrange a hearing test at the time of the appointment.
